Personally, I think that Fallout 4 had a lot going for it they were just poorly executed. For example, there were little repercussions to siding with one group over another. Also, your villages amounted to really just a bunch of busy work. I think they should take some of those elements and go all out in a Fallout 5. Should be set in Chicago, which is referenced so much in the Fallout lore. In Chicago the Brotherhood of Steel has gone rogue, cutting off ties to the others. I'm thinking like a fascist state where the Brotherhood rules everything. However, the reason they came into power is because they are the only ones able to fight off the huge super mutant hoard coming from the west (also referenced in the lore multiple times). In this sense, your choice to take down the brotherhood or join them can actually affect whether Super Mutants take over. Siding with the brotherhood means that many of the people and numerous factions hate you, but getting rid of them means the game is actually harder and huge towns can be obliterated.

IDK, just a thought. I figured they'd build upon the ideas they'd been working with and this is the best I could come up with in ten minutes lol.

You got me hooked on this premise already!
