Yea that DF video goes to show why I keep recommending Nvidia. Consoles this gen effectively have two sides to them. On Raster, they perform similar to a 2070 Super or 2080 but with Ray Tracing, they perform closer to a 2060 Super, sometimes even slower. AMD GPUs on PC doesn't scale like that and because of that, they get similar performance penalties as consoles do.

Yeah, I need the extra performance in raytracing games, not in rasterizing games.

RX6800(XT) systems are faster than my RTX3070 in most rasterizing games... but that doesn't matter much, my 3070 can still handle any rasterizing game (so far).

Yea exactly and it's not like a 3070 is bad at Raster. It's faster at Raster than a 6700XT which is in it's price class while giving you Ray Tracing performance that can sometimes rival the much more expensive 6900XT.
