Tales of Arise won’t have Denuvo, will support framerates up to 144fps
https://www.dsogaming.com/news/tales-of-arise-wont-have-denuvo-will-support-framerates-up-to-144fps/
Tales of Arise releases in a few days and some new PC details have emerged online. According to “Jay RPG “, the game won’t be using the Denuvo anti-tamper tech or any anti-cheat system. Additionally, players can decline the Data Usage/Data Collection agreement.

To add to that:

https://steamcommunity.com/app/740130/discussions/0/3042732979948089765/

" - Just like Scarlet Nexus (and every other Bandai Namco game for the past ~2 years), Tales of Arise does not feature Denuvo DRM or anti-cheat

- A dozen or so graphics parameters can be configured including Shadows, Screen Space Reflections, Bloom, Motion Blur, AA, Resolution Scale, etc

- Native Ultra-Wide support unlikely

- Keybindings are fully configurable for both M/KB and controllers "

Hopefully it will be well optimized as we don't have a PC demo but I am liking what I am hearing. Kinda lame we don't have Ultra-wide but this is pretty fap worthy for Japanese developer game.

If they're so proud of that, they could remove Denuvo from Ace Combat 7! It's two years old and the best selling AC game ever, why do they keep that God Damned Denuvo on?

Check out these astoundingly beautiful game worlds produced in Unreal Engine 5

Unreal Engine put out this incredible video yesterday, showcasing what the community's most proficient Unreal Engine 5 devs have been able to achieve over just a few months of the software's early access period. And, my God, is it impressive.

Careful, you don't want that drool to end in your keyboard .

NVIDIA GeForce Discrete Graphics Cards Outpaced AMD’s Radeon In Market Share During Q2 2021

https://wccftech.com/nvidia-geforce-discrete-graphics-cards-outpaced-amd-radeon-in-market-share-q2-2021/

*snip*

This chart also shows AIB market share differences:

That chart...

You know, you have to give AMD some credit for what they've done: after years of products that were only able to match Nvidia's mid/mid-to-high cards, they finally managed to come back with competing products abroad the whole tiers, only to royally f*ck it up and putting themselves in a worse position than they one they had back during their last GCN cards (RX 400/500).

It's quite impressive.

Cloudflare says Intel is not inside its next-gen servers – Ice Lake melted its energy budget

https://www.theregister.com/2021/09/01/cloudflare_picks_amd_again/

If there's one sector that does care about power consumption, it's certainly the datacenters. If Intel doesn't come up with a competitive product while using a lower power consumption... Well there's only one way to go for AMD and that's up!

Well, for some tasks there's also AMR-based servers. And if power consumption is important for them, that's another option.
