The RPCS3 team has announced that its Playstation 3 emulator now supports AMD’s FidelityFX Super Resolution. According to the team, the AMD FSR implementation works pretty well for almost every game, and is currently available only for Vulkan.
Do note that shimmering and swimming issues present in low-resolution upscales will remain in the upscaled image. Additionally, AMD FSR does not work with 3D output. |
Never tried a PS3 emulator. Can it play/install original PS3 discs in a blu-ray drive? I don't want to download PS3 games. |
