A new Bloomberg report has revealed further details about the alleged "frat boy" culture at Activision Blizzard, including a 2018 incident in which Derrick Ingalls, then Blizzard's chief information officer, addressed questions about the departure of chief technology officer Ben Kilgore with a crude joke about having sex with subordinates.

After 10 years in active development, Kerbal Space Program has finally released its last big patch. Kerbal Space Program 1.12.2 went live this week as the last major patch in the sustained development of Kerbal Space Program. This follows the release of the huge, free 1.12 update earlier this year, on the 10th anniversary of the game's release. All hands at Squad will now be primarily working on the sequel, Kerbal Space Program 2, alongside the developers at Private Division.

Take-Two Interactive is working on three unannounced "iterations of previously released titles," the company said recently in an investor presentation. The holding company for Rockstar Games, 2K, and Private Division already has three remakes, upgrades, or remasters set for release next year, but apparently there are three more yet to be announced.
>> And that could explain the recent actions against GTA mods.

Respawn Entertainment has doled out a bit about technical upgrades and quality-of-life changes coming to Apex Legends, but it's not the news you probably want to hear. In an AMA on Reddit this weekend, Respawn Director of Communications Ryan K. Rigney explained that cross-progression between platforms was currently scheduled to be released next year. Rigney also confirmed that a major graphical update to the game, with the goal of sending it to 120 FPS, was still in the works.

According to a recent Bloomberg story, South Park's creators signed a deal with Viacom worth over $900 million, which will pay for six years' worth of projects. One of the things Trey Parker and Matt Stone plan to invest that money in is a videogame, which will be 3D and developed internally by an in-house studio rather than in collaboration with Ubisoft as The Stick of Truth and The Fractured But Whole were.

Fortnite pulls emote after an animation glitch makes it accidentally NSFW
https://www.pcgamer.com/uk/fortnite-pulls-emote-after-an-animation-glitch-makes-it-accidentally-nsfw/
Epic has pulled an emote from Fortnite after an animation glitch turned a wholesome hug into a bit of an adults-only moment.
The Bear Hug synced emote, which cost 200 V-bucks, was supposed to allow two players to come together in a friendly embrace. However, it looks like crouching just before interacting with the emote can cause some unfortunate positioning, making it a little more risqué than intended (thanks, Eurogamer).
Please excuse my bad English.
