That article is complete nonsense to the point of it being sad.
I thought you were supposed to make research on the topic you write an article about, he really said in a comment that he can't think of any other third-party success storys apart from Atelier Ryza and Sakuna. I just named over a dozen more examples of the top of my head. How hard is that?
The two dumbest takes in that article are the one about the Japanese market and the one comparing the Switch to the Wii. The Switch is getting more games than ever.
Just took a look at the eshop, it says there are 6048 software articles on there.
