What are you even talking about?

You know the difference in what the topic is talking about and what you are talking about right?

A $10 paywall is an anti-consumer move. Its not the price of the fee, its the principle of why its their. PS5 customers have to pay more money to access features they own. If you like paying extra for unnecessary reasons than i wont stop you. Its been made pretty clear now.

Lol you're doing everything to stop people from paying for new features :)

You do not own implementation of haptic feedback in last gen games by buying a ps5. That's just silly talk.

Are the additions to Death Stranding enough for the $10 fee? Or do you own those as well by buying a ps5.
Should GoT have sweetened the pot a bit more, since apparently haptic feedback is seen as an too easy implementation or useless to ask money for (although if useless then why want it)

Would it be better if Sony went back to last gens 'system'? No BC, just buy the remaster for full price.

I do see why they're doing it, it comes down to the price increase for ps5 games. Together with offering BC they want to give a reason to get the extra fee for ps5 games. Thus we get extra content with GoT and Death Stranding to justify the fee for upgrading to a full ps5 version. But you can still run it in BC mode as well, loading faster and better frame rate etc.

Of course you don't agree with the new price point (long overdue imo) but that's what it ultimately comes down to. Would we have gotten new features if not for the price hike, probably not. No reason to add stuff to justify the $10 upgrade fee, no reason to implement haptic feedback or any other extras at all.

Sony is working on getting people used to the new price point, like it or not, it's here to stay.
