Download Nvidia's new hotfix driver to stop Doom Eternal from crashing

Nvidia reckons it has figured out why Doom Eternal is annoyingly crashing on some PCs that are powered by GeForce hardware, and has a released a hotfix driver that is supposed to fix the issue. It also stomps out a few other bugs, just for good measure.

Godzilla and King Kong fans, here is something really special for you today. Talented modder ‘JulioNIB’ has released pre-release versions of his King Kong and Godzilla mods for Grand Theft Auto 5. These mods will allow you to play as King Kong, Godzilla and Mecha Godzilla.
Similarly to his other “superhero” mods, JulioNIB has added a lot of iconic moves for all three creatures. For instance, King Kong can climb tall buildings. On the other hand, Godzilla can use its atomic breath, and it can even use its nuclear shockwave (the one it used against King Ghidorah).

But anyway, you can download these pre-release versions from JulioNIB’s Patreon page. The modder plans to release the final versions for free at a later date.

Call of Duty gets an AI-enhanced HD Mod, overhauling all of its textures

Modder ‘CountBuggula’ has released an AI-enhanced HD Mod for the original Call of Duty game. This mod is 3.7GB in size and uses ESRGAN and a variety of training models in order to enhance the original textures.
As with all AI-enhanced mods, this custom texture pack retains the original art style of Call of Duty 2003.

As Executive Producer Marty Stratton said, the team will re-focus and will be no longer working on the game’s promised Invasion Mode. Instead, it will work on the single-player horde mode and on BATTLEMODE.
