Yeah exactly, would be risky for scalpers when stock in readily in supply and a large portion of buyers are out the game. Prices too are an uncertainty so they'll have a quite high chance of barely breaking even or selling for barely any profit and even (hopefully) at a loss! I've seen Ebay prices drop quite substantially recently on RX and RTX cards so its certainly looking good for legit buyers.
