What Dell has done is disgusting. I'd love to see someone sue them for that given that they have admited it themselves. This kind of practices are intolerable and go against the end consumer. I have no doubt that, if no reviewer had found about this, Dell would have done absolutely nothing to "address this mistake".
Congratulations for your purchases, zero, you've got yourself lots of hours of entertainment.
