It's in between a 3080 and a 3070 as expected but I'd skip this and get a 3080 if you can find one.

The good news is, thanks to Direct X 12 Agility, you don't need to upgrade windows to get the latest direct X features. So if it turns out to be a bug fest, you can wait.
