In the meantime, GN reviews a $1000 cyberpower prebuilt with an i5 10600KF that thermal throttles at stock settings because the CPU cooler is terrible.
I get a company like Dell goofing up their prebuilts but come on Cyberpower, don't ship a PC like that! Least it's overall better than the Dell PC.
