I walk.
My school ID gives me free bus rides, which gets me to school. There's a free bus from a couple blocks from here to my bank and some grocery stores. There's a supermarket 2 blocks from here.
I almost never pay to move around. If I absolutely need to go into San Francisco, it costs me $3 each way on the BART, which is bullshit. I can get a day pass for all buses and trains for $5 in Los Angeles.
