Yes, exactly. Best example (should've started with this one): for me the best value of GP is xCloud. I can't wait to plug an xCloud TV stick to play +400 games through streaming. But I do know that pretty much everybody hate game streaming. So my reason to like Game Pass is probably by far one of the worst reasons to subscribe to the service for most people. But hey, show me another service which allows me to play +400 games on my phone plugged into my tv with my PS controller and I'll consider it.
That's how I felt in love with PS Now, before Sony decided to solely focus on PS4 and PC streaming, cutting down PS TV and PS Vita streaming. And I believe it's pointless to have PS Now streaming on PS4 nor PC, since it's currently limited at 720p, better playing it localy.
