7/10 seems pretty good compared to the way you talked about it. Maybe it's just that everyone has their own review scale. I think the game is pretty good. I'm in the end game content, leveling up my Expedition level now. Of course it's repetitive, it's a looter shooter. You're meant to replay the same content again and again looking for new gear or abilities until you have the optimal build. Just like Diablo or Destiny or Borderlands.
I was also surprised at how good the story was. And I have issues with the online play, we should be able to inspect our co-op partners, and matchmake for specific Expedition levels so we don't waste each others time.
