Okay well must just been feature on Nintendolife.  They have option to delete post in forums, news articles and user name.  I believe you can delete your reddit account too?

Would say you want the false sensation of control from what you posted.

How many times have we seem some photo leaked or video, the person entered with lawsuit to forbid that content and have it removed from internet. Sure the main/official sites removed those content or at least the links, but the content itself never disappeared. You can still find Xuxa`s pornochanchada movie or playboy that were forbidden like 20 years ago and removed from internet, but there is always someone seeding those in torrent or in some old cache, not to forget data that is bounced around servers all around the world.
