So it sounds like this will be small revision with a more efficient chip-set and passive cooling. With Warhol rumored to be incoming this is good time to release a new board.

Update: Moore’s Law is Dead claims that the S stands for ‘Silent’, which implies that those boards will rely on passive cooling:
The "S" in "X570S" simply stands for "silent" just so everyone knows.
This is a new more efficient X570 chipset, not some preparation for a "Zen 3+."
