Cyberpunk 2077 Patch 1.2 Release Notes pack more than 500 changes
https://www.dsogaming.com/news/cyberpunk-2077-patch-1-2-release-notes-packs-more-than-500-changes/
CD Projekt RED has shared the full release notes for Cyberpunk 2077’s upcoming Patch 1.2, which features more than 500 changes. Unfortunately, CDPR has not shared any release date for this Update, although it claims that it will release soon.

That is one huge list. I might actually get back into the game after all those fixes! Some PC specific fixes/additions:

  • Enabled Ray Tracing on AMD graphics cards. Latest GPU drivers are required.
  • Achievements will now work on Epic Games Store.
  • Modding: Added a new "mod" folder for loading modded archives. The modded archives can be named in any way and go into the "mod" folder now. Having mod archives in the "patch" folder is no longer supported.

I am the most interested in how the last gen consoles now perform cause those got hit the hardest when it came to running this game.

I really hope they check and double check this update becase if it causes troubles or breaks the game, I think that a lot of people will get quite angry with them.

TSMC Rumored To Hike Chip Prices By 25% By 2021 End As Alleged Workers Receive No Overtime Pay

https://wccftech.com/tsmc-rumored-to-hike-chip-prices-by-25-by-2021-end-as-alleged-workers-receive-no-overtime-pay/

If true, AMD CPUs and GPUs are only gonna get more and more expensive. Save us Samsung/Intel!

That would seriously suck. Not just for us, but especially for the workers in the fabs, as they get shafted while the execs shovel the millions from the price hike.

Well, it's Korea and not China. Workers can go to court to demand the money they deserve by law (because I'm guessing that Korea has laws against labor explotation).

And if they can't... well, it would suck major ass for all of us, but they can always go on strike and make the company lose billions in lost contracts and missed deliveries.
