Listening to Italian music led me to Paganini (Caprice No. 24) and Vivaldi (La Follia, La Stravaganza), which led me to... Stravaganzza and their song Hijo de la luna, which is a cover of the original composed by Mecano. The original is more beautiful and the cover is more powerful, but both are great.

After that, a bit more Spanish rock came by the hands of El Drogas (En punto muerto) and Tierra Santa (Espronceda's La canción del pirata). The last one has a couple of verses I love:

"Y, si caigo, ¿qué es la vida?

Por perdida ya la di."

And if I fall, why what is life?

For lost I gave it then as due.

(Source of the translation.)

Then I somehow ended up listening to some Latin American and Spanish rap: Kase.O (El gordo que la pisa bien), Residente and Nach (Rap bruto), and Canserbero (De la vida como película y su tragedia, comedia y ficción). The first two are diss tracks and the last one is a more existentialist song.

I listened to some more music, but that's okay for now. Also, I don't know why I narrated this.

I'm mostly a lurker now.
