Russian collusion is a strategy by China to divert attention from them. All orchestrated by the Illuminati so everybody goes after the chinese in case things go south. And everybody knows the Illuminati is controlled by the Lizard people, which leader is Mark Zuckemberg.
Seriously now, the Russians will always be used because it works and people believe it once you use the word Russians, as 2020 proved.
