You can now play Monster Hunter Rise Demo on PC via a Nintendo Switch emulator

Monster Hunter fans, here is something for you today. The team behind the Nintendo Switch emulator, Ryujinx, has released a brand new version that allows you to play the recently released demo of Monster Hunter Rise.
In case you weren’t aware of, Ryujinx features a special Local Wireless & LAN Mode that allows “Local Play” or “Local Wireless” to work across the internet with other Ryujinx users, as well as local-network play with Switch consoles on games that support LAN mode.
As the team noted, this latest update brings with it many improvements and bug fixes. It also brings a special performance tweak for the Monster Hunter Rise Demo that is not in the master build. Thus, PC gamers can play the Monster Hunter Rise Demo online with other Ryujinx users across the internet using the Local Play option.

It’s been a while since the last time we reported on a nude mod, right? Well, today we are presenting a nude mod for Horizon Zero Dawn. As the title suggests, this mod will allow you to play the game as naked Aloy.

Earlier this month, we informed you about a Call of Duty mod for the classic Doom games, Call of DOOM: Black Warfare. And today, we are happy to report that this mod is available for download.
Call of DOOM: Black Warfare is basically a weapon WAD for Doom. Players can fight DOOM monsters with firearms imported from the Call of duty universe. This weapon WAD is compatible with many custom maps, so you’ll have fresh gameplay on maps you’ve played in the past.

Fallout mod The Frontier returns after stripping out content from disgraced artist

A massive and hotly-anticipated Fallout: New Vegas mod called The Frontier launched just over a fortnight ago, following over three years of development. So anticipated was the mod that it briefly crashed its own Nexusmods download page on release.
Then things went very wrong, very quickly. Four days ago it was revealed that one of the project's artists, ZuTheSkunk, had in the Frontier Team's words "posted animated pedophillic [sic] content on their personal artist accounts. The items in question are deeply disturbing to the entire team, and we condemn them in the strongest sense." The modders immediately removed ZuTheSkunk from the team, stopped work on the mod, and took the project down.
Now the Frontier has re-appeared on Nexus mods, alongside a post from project lead Tgspy (spotted by Eurogamer). As well as removing ZuTheSkunk's work from the game, it clarifies that this individual was not involved with some other aspects of the mod that have been criticised, such as dialogue about slavery.

Bloober Team has just released a new update for the Steam version of The Medium that completely destroys its in-game performance. Thanks to this latest update, the game is unable to take full advantage of high-end GPUs at lower resolutions. And while the game was running with 80fps in our benchmark scene, it’s now running with 50fps in the very same scene and with the same settings.
