In many European countries Fifa and GTA V are the main reason to get a console, especially a PS4. So it's not weird to see those game ranking that high.

It's not the rank that is surprising.  It is the % of lifetime sales.  GTA5 has been around since 2013, and usually a game gets its biggest chunk of sales during its first year.  This is a seven year old game that got 25% of its lifetime sales in the past year.  That means 2020 might have been GTA5's best year yet in Spain.  I find that very surprising.
