It depends from game to game, but as a whole, the ratio is pretty similar between the two.

One thing to note however is that PS versions seem to drop off faster while Switch versions tend to have much better legs. As a result, FW the PS version often leads, but then the Switch version catches up and overtakes the PS version in the weeks after.

I don't think so. Sony ratios are usually lower than Nintendo's.
