I think the Vita is a really good comparison.  I almost bought a Vita recently.  I looked into the best games on the Vita and found that almost all of them are also on other systems.  The main selling point for the Vita was portability and that was it.  The Vita had quite a few games but very few of them were exclusives.  That is what I expect for PS5.  It will get a lot of Japanese games, but I don't think it will get a lot of Japanese exclusives.
