The future of Playstation in the Japanese market is gonna be interesting for sure, they are on a massive decline over there as Nintendo's marketshare continues to grow. Plenty of Japanese developers/publishers like Koei Tecmo, NIS, Marvelous are treating the Switch as a sort of Vita successor by at least most of their titles for the system. They are even getting their games like Disgaea 6 and Ryza 2 reveal during directs despite their series much longer history with Playstation. Even loyal third parties developers like Falcom have licensing out almost every game they made for the last 5 or so years to get a Switch port. Sony needs to do something about their hardware and software sales in Japan otherwise they might actually end up in a situation in a just a couple years where a lot of loyal third party Japanese developers either go full multiplat or worse for Sony full on Nintendo exclusivity.

Loses the Japanese market maybe result in loss of all Asian Market.

Nintendo gaining a lot of ground in China faster then Sony is definitely just as interesting as the situation in Japan. Sony has made some hard pushes into China such as the China Hero Project which has Sony provide additional funding for games over there, biggest one by far being Genshin Impact and yet Sony's funding was only enough time console exclusivity as it is getting a Switch port some time in 2021. But Nintendo choosing to partner with Tencent with the Switch release over there likely given them a massive edge due to that being Tencent's home turf.
