PS5 could see even more 3rd party exclusives than PS4

Your right, if you live in Japan or speak fluent Japanese it is not exclusive.

But if not, then Switch is your only option.  Thats what exclusive outside of Japan means.  Oh and please provide proof of the moneyhat.  Considering that in the west, D5 sold much more on Switch...it seems like focus on Switch would have been more worthwhile for the west.  The PS4 version had most of its sales in Japan, so of course they released it on PS4 over there.  But if only the Switch saw decent sales in the west...

Look I get you are looking for new ways to bloat your list after you tried bloating it with a separate listings for XSX and Switch (despite many releasing on one or the other, making them not PS exclusive), but you are really reaching here by going for games that most PS owners will not have the option of playing on PS as far as we know.

You even listed timed exclusives in your DUAL lists, then tried to say timed exclusive games for Switch can't count.  You have done nothing but tip toe around every counter argument given to you, and continue to avoid the actual topic at hand, will PS5 have more 3rd party exclusives than PS4, which is a giant no due to more Japanese games coming to Switch and the fact that western games will not choose to stay off XBox without a Sony moneyhat of their own.
