Bonus Q: Probably Yakuza: Like a Dragon, because if you buy it for PS4, you get the PS5 version for free later anyway.
And I might get Dragon Quest XI S, but I'll probably get it in 2021 instead.

Just a friendly reminder though that although you get the free upgrade, the save doesn't transfer over.
