Not anymore. This site leans more towards Xbox than PS at this point in time. 

Hmmm, I'm not really sure if that's accurate. I feel like I only know of maybe 20 Xbox first or Xbox secondary fans on this site, 25 tops. I'm pretty sure there are more PS first or PS secondary people than that, though I could be wrong. Maybe I should make a list to see.

I guess he is saying from the comments themselves on threads, but that is more on Nintendo fans being supportive of MS while detracting Sony than really having more Xbox fans. Sure some have comeback near the start of gen9 but nothing massive.
