Cheers. To start, youtuber Austin Evans recently before launch confirmed the Monitor I own will not have the 120Hz option on the series x, despite that with it, I get the option from both my Laptop and My xbox one S.
I intended to upgrade my display anyways, but not until around 2021 black friday, and hoped my current monitor would suffice in the main time. Alas, that seems not to be the case, and thus the mandatory search for something compatible so I can get more out of nextgen would have to come sooner rather than later. And search I did, soon to realize info on this topic isn't/wasn't a lot.
That's where this thread comes in, with the release of the series x/s, more people have the system to test with different displays.
And that's where you guys come in, unfortunately, bestbuy canceled my pre-order and I don't know when I'll get my own console, but for the lucky people here, If your display gives you the 120Hz option on either console, post the model of the display here along with the resolution options available with 120Hz simultaneously, and I'll try to update the list on this post.
As I await new shipments, I'll spend my time weighing my options on displays, so yeah this thread is for me, but should also help others should people choose to participate, thanks in advance.
