Do you people realize that they still run toys and hotels? Sure they might sell those off as well but at the moment that is still other things they run. Those 650 people likely have to do with the arcade business they just sold but the studios making arcade games are now shifted to console games. SS isn't in danger of going under. Just a division wasn't doing well. Sony dropped many of its electronic divisions.
