I am not defending the killer, because his also wrong by killing non Muslim and not by the agreement of the local authority or local ruler (French Government) , but i am not disagreeing death sentence by Islamic law according to Qur'an in Islamic ruled country . That's different subject 

Not really, you are saying that if it is on a Islamic ruled country it is right to kill someone because the victim was breaking religious law. And also said this law is right.
