Not entirely on subject, but I just want to point out that we are currently not in a recession. We haven't even had one quarter of negative growth, let alone two. I just can't stand all the doomsday talk that goes along with the economy. Sure it's not that great, but it's also not that bad.
On Topic: I believe entertainment usually is recession proof as it serves as an escape to how horrible things are. Movies are said to be recession proof, I suppose video games could be.
