I've given a first look at some of the articles that I'll post later in the news and this one doesn't make the cut, but I thought it could spark some discussion.
Take into consideration that this is an AMD sponsored title and, therefore, all you're going to read should be taken with a grain of salt:

NVIDIA GeForce RTX3080 may have trouble with Godfall in 4K/Ultra, requires 12GB VRAM according to devs

AMD has released a new video for Godfall in which Counterplay Games details its key tech features. And, according to the developers, Godfall will require 12GB of VRAM in 4K/Ultra in order to play smoothly.
Now as you all know, the NVIDIA GeForce RTX3080 comes with 10GB of VRAM. NVIDIA has stated that this amount of VRAM is enough for both current-gen and next-gen games. Thus, it will be interesting to see whether the RTX3080 will hit any VRAM limitations in Godfall at 4K/Ultra.
Counterplay Games will be using DXR – via DirectX 12 Ultimate – in order to add support for Ray Tracing. The team will be using Ray Tracing in order to enhance the game’s shadows. This will be the only thing that will be improved via RT, so don’t expect better Reflections, Ambient Occlusion or Global Illumination effects.
