No, it's not PLAYABLE at E3, it's very much going to be shown. IMO the list is crap as well, and very one sided. SSBB is much more highly anticipated among the hardcore than SMG... it's obvious that was just thrown in there from someone who doesn't know what they are talking about as "some Wii game."
