To my knowledge Microsoft hasn't paid for a deal like this since 2013 (when Don Mattrick signed a 4 year deal for FIFA Ultimate Team exclusive content), before Phil Spencer became head of Xbox. Phil has specifically spoken out against deals that lock DLC or game modes to a single platform.

They do have Tetris Effect Connect, which comes to other platforms six months after launch, but it’s a free update for other platforms and a whole new game for Xbox users. IIRC Sony signed a console exclusive timed deal for Tetris Effect.

But you’re right, it’s been forever. The last one I remember is Division DLC being 30 day console exclusive. I think Sony clearly makes a bigger emphasis on third party deals considering the amount they do and mostly the length, everything is a year+ for console it seems.
