New Red Dead Redemption 2 Mod introduces new creatures & monsters
https://www.dsogaming.com/pc-performance-analyses/new-red-dead-redemption-2-mod-introduces-new-creatures-monsters/
Red Dead Redemption 2 came out last year on the PC. Since then, and contrary to GTA5, we haven’t really seen a lot of mods for it, which is kind of disappointing. Thankfully, though, modder ‘HermanDude’ has released a pretty cool mod that adds some new creatures and monsters to hunt.
(...list of 10 omsters/creatures...)
As HermanDude noted, this mod is in its early stage of development. Thus, players may encounter some bugs and glitches, and may experience some game crashes.

Modders are making a 'direct sequel' to Dark Souls with a whole new map
https://www.pcgamer.com/modders-are-making-a-direct-sequel-to-dark-souls-with-a-whole-new-map/
Dark Souls is getting another sequel, though not by From Software. Modder Grimrukh, who released Daughters of Ash, the most popular mod for the original Dark Souls, has pulled together a team of other modders to make something even bigger. It's not just a transformation of the original Dark Souls, but a whole new game built from its pieces. It's called Dark Souls: Nightfall.
Based on the description on Grimrukh's site, Nightfall sounds like a fascinating project. It's a "direct sequel" to Dark Souls with "expanded lore," but Grimrukh says it's not meant to clash with the original story. And it has a whole new world map—but unlike a lot of ambitious mod projects (say, Fallout: Miami) it's not actually using new graphical assets. "I’m using a mixture of physically rearranging the areas of Lordran and building new areas out of existing map pieces and collisions," Grimrukh explains.
