The game help one is one I'm quite looking forward to. In certain games where it gives you some ambiguous clue on what to do next or some absurd puzzle like in Uncharted 3 (for example) its going to be nice not needing to pull out your phone and Youtube/Google to figure out what to do next.
PIP looks great as well. A bit like Twitch/Steam where you can stream your play. Can just imagine streaming to a friend on a CO-OP/MP game. It will almost be like remote split screen.
