What threat does Gamepass pose for Sony in the long run?

Care to explain why? I did add the caveat that most of the titles are streaming only but 300 of those games are available to be downloaded to the hard drive and thus aren't streaming. 

Does PSNow add games to the library on their retail release so people can check them out? The average PSNow game is 500 years old.
