Question for people already gaming at 120 fps.

IMO if you lose 10-15 frames at random you're okay. Anything past a 15 frame drop starts to look jittery. If my in game framerate varies by 20 frames, I'll either lock it to 100 or lower the settings so it can run at 120 or 144 at a steady rate.
