It's hardware powered free remastered games. When it came to Xbox one & Xbox one X, Microsoft was losing the generation and not many people got to experience it. But, this time around at the start of the generation it will be front and center. Especially combine with Gamepass meaning that you don't have to purchase any of the game to try it out it's really a system seller. Imagine being a casual gamer making the switch from PS4 on day 1 you get all of these amazing titles included to game pass. That why Xbox series S should be a huge hit for casual gamers.
It's sad that for many these features will be missing since they won't have the TV to support it. My 2016 Vizio 4K TV is also missing some of the key features to take full advantage of what the Series X/S can offer next-gen.
