You stuck in the past. I mean just objectively look at their business decisions in the last 2 years and it’s very hard to make the argument this is the same MS as 10 years ago. 

You can't just say someone's stuck in the past because they're judging an entity on the last 10 years of their actions. What I'm doing here is literally the most logical thing you can do in a situation like this: Be cautious and not let hype get the better of me. One can really only determine if they trust someone or something based on their actions, which is what I'm doing. You're reacting based on your hopes and dreams. 

Im reacting based on facts. The Series X specs relative to Xbox One vs PS4 specs tells me they recognize people like me want superior multiplats. You don’t acquire some of my favourite IPs like Doom, Elder Scrolls and Fallout and not be taking 1st party seriously. I like revisiting older games or ones I missed and it’s nice to know they respect gaming history and even invested to improve them on Series X. 

You putting yourself into a predictable box. Treating Xbox like a bad ex-girlfriend. This isn’t relationships...it’s video games. You shouldn’t be stuck in the past how Xbox wronged you years ago, you look at what Xbox is doing TODAY and see if it’s something you’d like. 

Buying into a gaming brand is not a big commitment. If Xbox let’s me down, I trade in my Xbox like a normal person. No biggie. You can easily buy a Series S or stream from your android device. You choosing this hill to die on is pointless given how easy it is to get in and out of the ecosystem. I ask to consider dropping the Vegeta levels of pride.

No hopes and dreams on my end. Xbox 1st party have the IPs I want to play. Their backwards compatibility is second to none. They have the best specs for the multiplats I want to play. They cover the genres I want to play. They make multiplayer games I want to play.
