Well the freeroam in Simpsons Hit and Run has no enemies in it really, big wide open so he could just run around that. Will run on your 360 I'm sure. Depends if you mind him probably seeing cartoon characters getting run over or not.
Kind of an old game but it's just what came to mind for wide open and no enemies.
