Actually they make a good point.
When you ejaculate your body releases a fluid to lubricate the urethra. When you do it a lot, the gland becomes inflamed. When the gland isn't producing enough, the urethra can get inflamed or infected causing a burning sensation when you urinate.
"Hey, Doc. There are flames shooting out of my dick."
"You mean there is a burning sensation when you urinate?"
"No I mean there are FLAMES shooting out of my dick, I got go out behind the house to pee."
