Demon`s Soul, not my type of game, but it truly received a major overhaul. Bluepoint is really good at this.
Gameplay show, seems a lot more smooth than the original and even other titles from souls family.
The reload seem very fast, which is good for a game you die a lot.
No date or exclusivity mentioned unfortunately.
