Idk if it's just me but something about Immortals: Fenyx Rising's character models seem off. Like they feel so generic and uninspired, almost created by a robot.

That may be because of the character creator tool. We're not used to have that on a game with this graphic style.

Those specs awfully look like 3070 that didn't pass the check on all CUs.

But that's common practice to salvage as many chips as possible.

The chips that don't make it to be 3090 get used to be 3080 like in past gens the chips that weren't good enough to be the 2080 were  the ones for the 2070. AMD also does the same, like with the 5700XT and 5700.

And sometimes if a product offers such compelling performance at it's price point... And demand for say a 5700 Tier GPU outstrips the amount of cutback units, AMD then needs to take *perfectly* fine 5700XT qualified parts and badge them as a vanilla 5700. Not good for AMD's bottom line, but really good for us as consumers.

And sometimes again when AMD/nVidia aren't thinking clearly they may overlook the fact we can unlock those parts and turn them into faster units by unlocking shader cores.
I.E. Radeon 9800SE to 9800 Pro, x850 Pro to x850 XT, Radeon 6950 to 6970, Geforce 6200 to 6600 and a heap more.
