In my opinion, building a PC only has three big difficulties:

  • Sticking to your desired budged (there are lots of "if I just spend a bit more I could get.." temptations)
  • Not getting nervous when aseembling the parts
  • Connecting the front ports (USB, power/reset buttons, audio) into the motherboard, and this last thing has been improved as of late

And All in One liquid coolers are just one option, traditional tower CPU coolers and, in a lot of cases, perform as well if not better.
