I was more horrified by the 14 yo kicking an elder man from an amusement ride. That's just sick. She should be internalized, rather then hospitalized.

 

I don't think the kick was intentional, when you ride the Batman ride, your legs dangle under you. When that thing is shooting around you really don't have any control over anything they do, more than likely her leg simply contacted the man's head, a tragic instance, but not something that was anyone's fault.

Or at least that's how I read it anyway, I could be wrong though.
