I would have to go 360 out of those three. 360 might just be my favorite console of all time, it had so many amazing gaming experiences! SNES is a close second, still a lot of games that I enjoy to this day and it is home to CHRONO trigger, one of the best games of all time. PS2 is a very distant third, it had a lot of good games... but nothing amazing or truly memorable, I like the ps1 a heck of a lot more than the ps2....
