Well I think I have my answer from before. Here's a video comparing the 980 Ti to the 2080 Super
That's not exactly double the performance across the board. And my question had to do with the 2080, not the Super version. So it took four years for a card to come out and double what the 980 Ti did for the same price.
And if anybody wants to argue that the 3080 will be out of date in four years, then I just have one response. PS5 Pro.
