The 2080ti has head room of 125W, plenty for overclocking. How much do you think you will be able to overclock with barely 25W?

So yeah, I'm upping my prediction. Not only will it not be possible to get the 3090 to 2000MHz without liquid nitrogen, but it won't be physically possible without electronically altering the card.
